Junior Financial Analyst Responsibilities:Maintain financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, variances to plan, forecast and budget
Assist in aspects of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
Perform P&L review and analysis on a monthly basis
Identify and explain unusual financial and operational variance and collaborate on resulting actions and performance measurement
Provide ad hoc analytical forecasting, reporting and project support to senior management
Produce monthly reports which include key metrics, financial results and variance reporting
Maintain reporting schedule and deliverables across all finance and accounting to ensure timely and organized reporting
Ad-hoc projects as assigned
Junior Financial Analyst Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance is required
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, Macros, etc.)
Excellent communication and organization skills
