We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Data Entry Specialist to support our team with simple, repetitive data tasks. This is a remote, entry-level role ideal for those who are organized, fast learners, and comfortable using a computer. No prior data entry experience required—training will be provided.
Enter data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, or online platforms
Review documents or files and input correct information into systems
Maintain and update records as needed
Perform basic quality checks to ensure accuracy
Organize and categorize digital files or entries
Follow simple instructions and meet daily or weekly task quotas
Communicate with supervisors for clarifications or updates
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills (typing, navigating websites, using email)
Attention to detail and ability to spot minor errors
Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
