Siemens Corp., IT Americas organization is seeking a qualified intern candidate for its IT Americas Internship Program in Data Insights & Project Management to focus on establishing a more flexible and modular IT Digital Backbone for application hosting, application management, and infrastructure support. This program begins in May 2025 and is based in Alpharetta, GA.

Role Description:

• Provide new insights and trends to enhance project management and reporting, with a strong focus on successful collaboration, time management, and increasing influence.
• Drive involvement and ensure progress on deliverables.
• Learn and share new trends.
• Analyze data and report in a meaningful way using necessary tools.
• Assist and prepare executive style reports.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

• Current rising senior undergraduate students pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Pursing a degree in Management of Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Eligible candidates must be located within 50 miles of Alpharetta, GA and be able to work 40 hours per week from May to August.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to bridge between technical and overall business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and emerging trends, with the ability to analyze key project data to support informed decision-making and ensure successful project deliverables.
• Ability to work effectively with multinational and diverse groups and demonstrate leadership skills.
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize a variety of concurrent activities.
• Self-Starter with good time management skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g. Knime).
• Knowledge of reporting tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau).
• Some knowledge of Database systems would be beneficial.
