Job Description

Graza makes always fresh, never blended, olive oil that comes in fun-to-use squeeze bottles and unique refillable cans. In the past two years, Graza has expanded nationwide with retail partners and direct to consumer distribution. We’re proud to be on the shelves of Whole Foods Market, Target, Walmart, Kroger, Safeway, Albertsons, Publix, Costco and many others. In the next year, we plan to continue our expansion and are looking for another member for our operations team.

Job Overview and Responsibilities 

The International Logistics Analyst will support global and domestic transportation operations, focusing on daily reporting, vendor coordination, shipment tracking, and data analysis. This role will be responsible for managing freight forwarder relationships, ensuring accurate documentation, and optimizing logistics processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • International Shipping & Freight Coordination
    • Manage relationships with freight forwarders to ensure efficient international shipping.
    • Oversee documentation for international shipments, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading (BOLs), ensuring accuracy and timely distribution to internal and external partners.
    • Track all international containers to U.S. warehouses, maintaining real-time updates in Excel and the company’s inventory management system.
  • Logistics & Data Management
    • Monitor discrepancies in shipment data, working with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
    • Support inbound freight forecasting and analyze transit times, shipment statuses, and other logistics metrics.
    • Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency, cost, and service performance.
  • Warehouse & Cost Optimization
    • Assist in coordinating container delivery appointments between freight partners and warehouses.
    • Collaborate with the Operations Team to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives in warehousing and freight.
    • Enter finished goods invoices into the inventory management system.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Assist with communication between logistics partners and internal teams.
    • Support special projects and administrative functions related to supply chain operations.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, freight management, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience in international supply chain management is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in EDI software and inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar platforms).
  • Fluency in Spanish preferred, as the role involves coordinating with Spanish-speaking vendors.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.

This job is based in Brooklyn, NY with a 4 days per week in person requirement. This position’s hours will be 8am-5pm to best coordinate with our European partners. 

Benefits

The base pay range for this position is $65,000-85,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location.
