POSITION SUMMARY:
The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for the overall administrative tasks associated with the recruitment process of all open positions throughout the company. This position must possess considerable skill in multi-tasking, time management, attention to detail and can work in a fast-paced environment with time sensitive projects. The Recruiting Coordinator helps to ensure a smooth hiring process while complying with the company policies and legal requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work tickets assigned through the Help Desk ticketing system
2. Open new job requisitions in company ATS including posting positions on job boards
3. Sort resumes and applications based on qualifications
4. Conduct telephone screenings
5. Schedule phone, virtual and on-site interviews for candidates with recruiters and hiring managers
6. Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruitment process
7. Prepare written job, promotion and transfer offers
8. Process new hire documentation including the coordination of background checks and medical/drug screening
9. Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS); manage application/resume file and retention based on company policy
10. Maintains weekly report on new hires
11. Other administrative tasks or projects as assigned by leadership.
