Overview

We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to join a growing specialty care team serving patients across the San Antonio area .
This role offers autonomy, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering one-on-one, high-quality infusion therapy in home or alternate-site settings.

Responsibilities

• Administer safe and accurate infusion therapy in patients’ homes or alternate-site settings.

• Assess, plan, and document patient care in accordance with nursing standards and physician orders.

• Initiate, monitor, and manage IV lines, ports, and pumps during infusion visits.

• Educate patients and caregivers on medication administration and line maintenance.

• Collaborate with pharmacy, case management, and physician teams to ensure seamless care.

• Monitor for and respond to adverse reactions promptly and professionally.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR systems.

• Participate in limited on-call or after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

Required

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas (Compact License accepted)

• Minimum 1 year of recent IV infusion or acute care experience

• Proficiency with venipuncture, PICC lines, and central line/port management

• Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance

Preferred

• 2+ years of home infusion or home health experience

• CRNI® certification or equivalent infusion specialty credential

• Hourly Rate: $40–$45/hour (commensurate with experience)
