Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resource Generalist to join our team in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in executing HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business objectives. This position requires an individual who can effectively manage a wide range of human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The Human Resource Generalist will work closely with management and staff to create an environment that promotes employee engagement, retention, and high performance. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, addressing employee queries, conducting training sessions, and ensuring that all HR activities align with current legislation and organizational goals. Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and training programs.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to management and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping HR policies up to date.
  • Conduct performance management activities, including performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in conflict resolution.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in staffing and recruiting.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite and usuage of other HR tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills.
