We're Hiring: Maintenance Technician

Full-Time | Competitive Pay | Great Team Environment - [From $20 - $25]

Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys keeping things running smoothly? Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and help ensure a clean, safe, and functional environment for our guests and staff!

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities
Handle minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC maintenance (PTAC), and carpentry repairs.
Repair/replace and inspect drains, vents and supply lines, valves, sinks and toilet fixtures. Plumbing skills are a MUST .
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas and mechanical rooms
Assist with property improvement projects as needed
Pool Cleaning, testing, and maintenance
Take direction from the General Manager and comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work place safety.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed. Saturdays a must
Previous hotel or facilities maintenance experience is a plus
