The Hospitality Concierge/Butlers attend to the needs of the residents who live on the Penthouse floor or Serenade Floor of a Luxury Senior Living Community! What will you get to do as a Concierge? Oversees the Penthouse/Serenade floor Taste of RUI ordering and executes room delivery service to the Penthouse residents. Coordinates personal shopping and/or grocery delivery for residents upon request. Deliver guests mail and messages promptly. Be fully conversant with new promotions, menu changes, scheduled activities. Assist in arranging resident transportation for medical or personal appointment when needed.
