Position : Full Stack Developer

Work Hours (Client) : 9:00am - 5:00pm EST

Pay Range : $4000 - $6000 USD/monthÂ (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Location of Search : Latin America

Work Location : REMOTE

Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in modern JavaScript frameworks to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least six years of professional experience building scalable web applications, with hands-on expertise across the full stack.

Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Next.js, React, and Node.js.
Work with PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, optimization, and queries.
Utilize Prisma ORM for database interactions and modeling.
Implement responsive and maintainable front-end designs using Tailwind CSS .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across the stack.

Minimum Requirements:

Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills

Education: Bachelor's Degree (ideally)

Experience: 6+ years of related experienceÂ

6+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript , including Next.js and React .
Strong backend development experience with Node.js .
Database experience with PostgreSQL ; familiarity with Prisma ORM is a plus.
Frontend styling experience with Tailwind CSS .
A strong GitHub profile reflecting consistent contributions over at least 5 years.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Naturally curious and eager to solve problems.
Strong sense of ownership with clear, proactive communication.
