Front Desk Receptionist (Part Time) Location Fort Myers, FL :

Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join the team at the Dixie Buick GMC dealership located in Fort Myers, Florida. The receptionist will provide excellent customer service while interacting with visitors, greeting customers, and answering calls. This is a great opportunity for an organized and enthusiastic individual to develop customer service skills in the automotive industry. Compensation & Benefits: This is a part-time, hourly position, offering a rate of $18 per hour. Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon entrance and direct them according to their needs
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
• Enter data of customer transactions into a computer system
• Manage customer appointments and maintain dealership calendars
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience is preferred
• Proficient with computers and computer programs
• Professional, friendly, and patient demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks concurrently
