The candidate selected for this position will be the Finance Director for the Space Systems product line within the C4ISR business area . With annual revenues approaching $200m, this product line is poised for growth in the space market. The product line has a diverse portfolio of state of the art development/production programs, and has both defense and commercial products. This role serves as a strategic and collaborative business partner to the Space Systems Product Line Director and to the Product Line & Business Area Finance Leadership teams. This position oversees a team of eight with staff in Manassas, VA and Hudson, NH.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years work experience or Masters' Degree and equivalent experience.

• Experience in proposal strategic leadership , development/review of financial forecasting of salient data , and successful mentoring of staff .

• Proven leadership skills and ability to work in a changing environment.

• Ability to partner with all functions.

• Secret Clearance - or at minimum, ability to obtain it after starting in role.

• DoD Contracting experience .

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills

• Experience working with various contracting vehicles and program types

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $135556 - $230444

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
