As an Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from understanding client needs to sourcing candidates and facilitating the interview process. You will leverage your expertise in building relationships and understand industry trends to ensure we connect our clients with the best candidates available. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational goals.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for executive and senior-level positions.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance and feedback.
• Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to identify potential candidates.
• Collaborate with clients on job descriptions, interview strategies, and candidate selection.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to provide informed guidance to clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a remote environment with agency experience.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and networking.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of industry trends and the executive talent landscape.
