We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Events Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events that reflect Nexmos Design’s vision and branding. This position requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating corporate and promotional events from concept to execution
Support on-site event setup, breakdown, and logistics
Manage vendor communication and maintain event timelines
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all event elements
Handle event-related administrative tasks including tracking budgets, preparing materials, and maintaining records
Assist with post-event reporting and feedback collection to improve future experiences
Provide excellent support to clients and stakeholders throughout the planning and event process
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1–2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support in a similar role
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for events
