Job Description

Experience Required:

• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming.

Skills:

• Knowledge of supporting software applications using ERP CGI Advantage 3.11 and 4.x with Oracle databases.
• Lead and provide technical solutions for complex ERP applications, batch and real time integrations.
• Possess knowledge and technical expertise in design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline code deployment.
• Ability to develop and maintain scripts (Python, Shell, Bash, or similar) for automating tasks and processes.
• Proficiency with Jenkins, GitHub, ArgoCD, or similar tools; having knowledge and skills in Rancher and Kubernetes.
• Familiar with scheduling batch jobs using Control-M; has done file transfer using tools such as FileZilla/WinSCP.
• Established with using native SFTP clients on Unix, Linux and Windows systems.
• Able to compare files using tools such as Beyond Compare, Visual Studio Code, or similar; knowledge of operating systems (Unix, Linux, Windows).
• Familiarity and working knowledge of Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of using Cherwell ticket management systems.
• Able to use all of Microsoft office tools.
• Ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders and to interact with infrastructure and operations teams.
• Troubleshoot and problem-solving skills.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiar using Splunk monitoring tool.

Education Required:

Requires the possession of a bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis
