Join our team as a Rising and Emerging Practitioner (REP) in Environmental Conflict Resolution (ECCR).

In this unique program, you'll gain valuable experience working on real-world environmental projects while being mentored by experienced professionals. You'll collaborate with diverse communities, organizations, and government agencies to address complex challenges.

Here's what you'll do:

Assist with planning and facilitating public meetings.
Participate in project planning and development.
Coordinate community engagement efforts.
Gain valuable skills in conflict resolution, consensus building, and facilitation.
Work with a dedicated mentor who will guide you on your ECCR journey.
What we're looking for:

A passion for environmental issues and social justice.
Experience working with diverse communities (a plus).
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Interest in learning and growing in the field of ECCR.
