What You'll Be Doing:
Assist with the design and development of critical infrastructure projects, such as roads, water systems, and municipal facilities.
Work closely with engineers and project managers to plan, draft, and conduct site inspections.
Use industry-leading software (such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD) - don't worry, we provide the training!
Participate in fieldwork, construction site visits, and data collection to help bring projects to life.
Collaborate with contractors, city officials, and clients to ensure project goals are met and exceeded.
Tackle real-world engineering challenges that have a lasting impact on communities.
What You Need to Succeed:
A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
A passion for learning new technologies and engineering software.
A valid driver's license.
(Preferred, but not required) Internship experience with construction, surveying, or using CAD software.
