About job:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those with minimal experience looking to start their career in a supportive and fast-paced environment. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executives and management team by managing their daily schedules, appointments, and communications.

Salary Range:  $18.50 - $24.00 per hour

Job:  Full time

Location:  Dallas, TX

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize executives' schedules, including appointments and meetings
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed
• Assist in planning and coordinating events or travel arrangements
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries
• Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
• Conduct research and compile data for different projects

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach
