Role Overview

  • Configure intake, clinical, administrative, and compliance-related workflows
  • Translate written requirements into accurate EMR builds without supervision
  • Troubleshoot form logic, permissions, and workflow issues
  • Ensure builds align with behavioral health documentation standards and payer expectations
  • Collaborate asynchronously with internal compliance, clinical, and operations teams

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

  • Demonstrated super-admin level experience in Kipu, Sunwave, or Ritten, clearly reflected on your resume.

Applicants without hands-on, production experience in at least one of these systems will be automatically disqualified.

  • Experience with Epic, SimplePractice, AdvancedMD, or any other EHR does not qualify for this role and will not be considered a substitute for Kipu, Sunwave, or Ritten experience.

  • Proven form-building and workflow configuration experience within Kipu, Sunwave, and/or Ritten (clinical, administrative, or billing workflows).

  • Ability to follow detailed written instructions precisely, without deviation.

  • Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated track record of documentation accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently, manage assigned tasks, and meet deadlines without ongoing supervision.

  • Direct behavioral health EMR experience is required.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience supporting multi-state behavioral health providers.

  • Familiarity with compliance-driven documentation requirements (payer, regulatory, or accreditation).

  • Prior work in a consulting, managed services, or implementation environment.

Benefits

  • $30–$35 per hour, based on experience
  • Part-time, fully remote
  • Flexible schedule with clear deliverables
  •   Opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance and workload

This role is best suited for someone who is technically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning EMR builds end-to-end without hand-holding.
