Role Overview

We’re hiring an E-Commerce Floral Designer experienced with preserved flowers who can recreate our signature designs, develop seasonal collection pieces, and produce luxury-level finishing and packaging. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency across product lines.

Responsibilities

• Produce Nordblooms’ preserved-floral arrangements with precision and consistency
• Design new floral collections for seasonal launches
• Maintain high visual standards aligned with Nordblooms’ aesthetic
• Execute luxury finishing, wrapping, packaging, and presentation
• Work confidently with preserved flowers and understand their handling
• Track inventory of stems, vessels, and packaging materials
• Assist with costing, recipe building, and inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow quality standards
• Collaborate with creative direction to refine new designs and prototypes
• Prepare orders for shipping with flawless presentation

Requirements

• 2+ years professional floral design experience
• Required: Hands-on experience working with preserved flowers
• Strong design eye and ability to replicate designs consistently
• Excellent craftsmanship and high-level attention to detail
• Skilled in wrapping, packaging, and finishing products
• Ability to manage time and production schedules
• E-commerce or production-based floral experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain pace
• Portfolio required (product-focused, preserved florals, or similar)

Preferred Experience

• Preserved floral production or eternity flower design
• Experience in a luxury or high-end floral brand
• Experience with inventory systems or florist POS tools

Compensation

$20-$35 per hour, depending on experience.
