Digital Marketing Team Lead

Are you ready to lead a team to new heights in digital marketing? We're looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Team Lead to help drive business growth for our diverse portfolio of clients through personalized and integrated digital marketing strategies. As a Team Lead, you'll guide a talented group of specialists, ensuring alignment with client business objectives, showcasing transparent results, and providing a top-notch customer experience in every interaction.

Our Culture: Winning Together

We believe in winning as a team for our clients and for each other. For over 20 years, we've built a team-centric work culture rooted in trust, respect, accountability, appreciation, fun, and collaboration. Our culture has earned us recognition as a Top Workplace for three consecutive years from 2022-2024!

We thrive together, not just survive. If you're looking for an agency that energizes, inspires, and helps you achieve your best, both personally and professionally, it might be time to think outside the traditional agency box.

What You'll Do Every Day:

Lead a Team: Guide a team of specialists in implementing SEO, SEM, and conversion optimization strategies to grow qualified leads for clients. Collaborate across teams to collectively achieve client goals.
Strategic Planning: Own the strategic digital marketing planning for a portfolio of clients. Focus on customer retention and strategic revenue growth.
Team Development: Guide and develop your team in strategic planning, execution, and customer service. Maintain regular one-on-one conversations and rally your team around a common vision.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for your clients, translating digital marketing strategies, work, and results into meaningful reporting and analysis. Communicate confidently and proactively through various channels including in-person visits, video calls, phone calls, and emails.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with departments across the company to align with business goals. Work with sales teams, project managers, the web department, and analytics teams to enhance client marketing and business decision-making.
Efficiency and Improvement: Identify areas to create greater efficiencies, improve processes, and support best practices in SEO, SEM, web design & development, and analytics.
Stay Updated: Continuously stay updated on the digital marketing industry and industrial/B2B spaces to grow your knowledge and build credibility with teammates and clients.

This is a remote work opportunity with limited travel obligations, requiring dedication and a self-driven, accountable work ethic.

What You Bring to the Role:

Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading a team to meet goals and deliver successful outcomes. Ability to guide, coach, and have constructive conversations.
Client Management: Experience working with multiple clients or brands, providing personalized approaches, and adapting to changes in priorities and timelines.
Customer Service: Strong customer service skills, acting as the main point of contact, and communicating frequently and intentionally with clients.
Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex information into approachable and meaningful summaries for different stakeholders. Excellent active listening and critical thinking skills.
Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of the digital marketing industry, including SEO, SEM, and web design & development.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with experience in tracking time, managing resource utilization, and forecasting workloads.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to perform root-cause analysis and develop collaborative solutions.

Why You'll Love Working With Us:

Great Culture: High-character, fun, and cohesive work culture.
Competitive Salary: Competitive base salary with genuine encouragement for PTO.
Health Benefits: Affordable, low-deductible health insurance plans.
Supplemental Benefits: Employer-paid life insurance, short & long-term disability insurance.
Retirement Plan: 401k with company match.
Remote Flexibility: Flexibility to work remotely.
Supportive Leadership: Transparent and accessible leadership that welcomes ideas, insights, and feedback.
Development Stipend: Professional and individual development stipend.

If you're ready to join a cohesive team that will support and encourage you to take your career to the next level, we encourage you to apply!
