Job Description

Salary: $95,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • Must be willing to work 100% on-site in Chantilly, VA.
  • 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, and Data Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in advanced Python programming and modeling.
  • 2+ years of experience with NumPy, Panda, and Spark.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain data pipelines to process and analyze large, intricate datasets in support of the client’s mission.
  • Employ advanced data science techniques—including both supervised and unsupervised machine learning, spatial analysis, and time-series modeling—to derive actionable insights for critical operations.
  • Construct, test, and enhance analytical methodologies and AI/ML solutions for incorporation into user-facing technical tools.
  • Collaborate directly with client stakeholders and mission operations teams to comprehend requirements, communicate findings, and adapt analytical solutions to changing needs.
  • Document code, workflows, and analytical processes following best practices, ensuring reproducibility, transparency, and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Prepare and present clear, concise technical briefings to audiences that range from technical peers to senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Quickly respond to high-priority analytical requests, adjusting to changing mission priorities while maintaining high standards of technical accuracy and communication.
