Curriculum Development Manager | Leadership in Education

Key Responsibilities

🟢 Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of the school’s curriculum across all grade levels.
🟢 Work closely with teachers to ensure that the curriculum aligns with educational standards and the school’s vision.
🟢 Collaborate with senior leadership to continuously refine and improve curriculum delivery.
🟢 Analyze student performance data to make recommendations for curriculum adjustments and improvements.
🟢 Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and technologies to incorporate innovative practices into the curriculum.
🟢 Support and mentor teachers in curriculum delivery, offering professional development and feedback.
🟢 Foster a collaborative environment to ensure that curriculum development is a shared responsibility among educators.

Job Requirements

✔️ Master’s Degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
✔️ At least 5 years of experience in curriculum development or a similar role, preferably in an international school setting.
✔️ Strong knowledge of both British and American curricula .
✔️ Proven ability to design and implement effective curriculum frameworks that enhance student learning.
✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills .
✔️ Fully qualified and licensed teachers only (as per the client's demand).
