To support our continued growth, we are seeking per diem, part-time, and full-time   CRNAs to join us in our mission to provide high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care at our endoscopy centers in the Greater   Cincinnati, Ohio,  area. We have locations in Liberty Township, Norwood, Clifton, and Blue Ash.

• Full-time (Monday – Friday)

Per Diem/Part-Time

• Malpractice coverage
• 6-hour guarantee
• Mon-Fri day shift schedule - General GI
• $165/hour - minimum 4 shifts per month

Full-Time

• $205k base salary
• $10,000 commencement bonus
• Malpractice coverage
• Comprehensive benefits package, including Cigna health insurance and a marketplace of optional plans
• 7 week's paid vacation plus 7 paid holidays
• $3,000 CME 
• 401k and Profit Sharing eligibility after one year of service
• Mon-Fri day shift schedule - General GI - no nights, weekends, or holidays

Candidate Requirements  

• Bachelor of Science degree and Master's degree in Anesthesia 
• Current licensure, certification, and ACLS required
• 1-year related experience (Entry Level)

Core Responsibilities and Skills  

• Administer anesthesia for endoscopic procedures 
• Must be able to work independently and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals 
• Intermediate-level computer skills involving word processing, spreadsheet and database skills. Knowledge of EMR Software is a plus
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to effectively analyze, interpret, and solve practical problems
