Job Overview: We’re looking for an intellectually curious professional with a passion for managing CRM systems, exploring AI technologies, and experimenting with new tools. You’ll play a key role in optimizing our tech stack and connecting systems to streamline marketing, sales, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize our CRM systems, primarily Salesforce, to enhance customer engagement and drive sales efficiency.
• Research, demo, and implement AI tools to improve marketing and sales operations (e.g., lead generation, pipeline management, customer experience).
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify challenges and implement AI-driven solutions.
• Ensure seamless systems integration across our tech stack, connecting CRM, AI, and other tools.
• Stay on the cutting edge of AI trends and best practices, bringing new ideas and solutions to the team.
• Conduct experiments to test the latest technologies, track results, and drive continuous improvement.

• Experience managing CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

• Comfort with light coding or development (not required but a plus!).
• Strong research skills and a passion for problem-solving.
• Ability to demo and implement tech solutions effectively.
