About The Role
We are looking for a highly creative and proactive Creative Design & Communication intern with strong design skills, a deep passion for social media. This role provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced corporate start-up environment. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting internal communications initiatives by creating engaging visual content, managing social media activities, and assisting in the planning and execution of corporate events. This internship is ideal for someone eager to develop their skills in digital content creation, branding, and event coordination while contributing to impactful communication strategies within the organization. Day to day, you will work closely with Senior Corporate and Brand Communication Officer.
What you will do but not limited to:
Create engaging copy and creative design visuals for internal platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Manage in planning, scheduling, and publishing internal platforms content to enhance employee engagement and company culture on a regular basis.
Monitor and analyse internal platforms performance and metrics, providing insights and reports to optimize engagement and reach.
Graduate with diploma/bachelor's degree in creative design and relevant experience or prior internship experience in creative design or other degree proven with portfolio.
Knowledgeable about social media metrics and deliverables.
Up to date with the recent trends in digital, tech (education), telcommunication, games, and health.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia both written and verbally.
Proactive, excellent communication and collaboration skills with adaptable mindset.
