Highlighted Duties:

• Drive technology strategy and ensure cybersecurity across multiple facilities
• Present to leadership and manage IT budgets and capital projects.
• Lead, coach and develop IT staff ensuring cross training
• Oversee all aspects of infrastructure, cybersecurity, network admin, database management and storage, maintaining IT operations seamlessly.
• Guide technology projects and ensure they support business initiatives.
• Oversee critical tasks, ensure continuity.
• Research emerging technology to keep us on the cutting edge
• Manage hardware inventory and sustainability
• Lead ERP selection, implementation and operator training
• Drive continuous improvement, optimizing operations.
• Enforce IT policies, foster cohesion across multiple functions.
• Manage supplier agreements, monitor performance.
• Provide tech support, mentor staff.
• Execute robust backup plans, collaborate across all plants for integration.

Highlighted Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (or similar) or equivalent IT experience 
• 5+ years of experience managing IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data Management and Applications
• Must have experience working in Information Technology in the manufacturing industry
• Previous experience implementing and rolling out ERP/MRP systems
• Experience managing IT budgets and presenting business cases for capital projects
• Must have strong project management skills
• Proven leadership skills and staff management
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills needed to effectively convey/present information to others at all levels
