Job Opportunity: Corporate Director of Finance – Join Greencroft Communities!

Are you a finance professional passionate about leadership, strategy, and making an impact? Greencroft Communities is seeking a Corporate Director of Finance to guide our financial operations, drive process improvements, and support our mission of enhancing quality services for residents and team members.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for Greencroft Communities and affiliates.
• Supervise and develop the accounting team, fostering a cohesive and collaborative environment.
• Ensure accuracy in financial statements, comply with GAAP, and safeguard company assets.
• Lead audits, manage treasury functions, and drive cost report preparation.
• Analyze financial performance, provide variance reporting, and recommend improvements.

What You Bring:

• Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business (or significant related experience).
  • 3–5 years of accounting experience in larger businesses.
  • Supervisory experience (2–4 years); CPA certification is a plus!
• Skills:
  • Expertise in general ledger, reporting, reconciliation, and analysis.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced computer skills, especially in spreadsheets.
