Job Opportunity: Corporate Director of Finance – Join Greencroft Communities!

Are you a finance professional passionate about leadership, strategy, and making an impact? Greencroft Communities is seeking a Corporate Director of Finance to guide our financial operations, drive process improvements, and support our mission of enhancing quality services for residents and team members.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for Greencroft Communities and affiliates.
Supervise and develop the accounting team, fostering a cohesive and collaborative environment.
Ensure accuracy in financial statements, comply with GAAP, and safeguard company assets.
Lead audits, manage treasury functions, and drive cost report preparation.
Analyze financial performance, provide variance reporting, and recommend improvements.

What You Bring:

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business (or significant related experience).
- 3–5 years of accounting experience in larger businesses.
- Supervisory experience (2–4 years); CPA certification is a plus!
Skills:
- Expertise in general ledger, reporting, reconciliation, and analysis.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced computer skills, especially in spreadsheets.
