As a Morning backline//Grill opener you are required to be at work @ 4;30 am. You are required to set up biscuits, prepare food for hot case, this includes Frying chicken and wedges and have them available for sale by 6:15am. You will also be responsible for preparing all the sides for the hot case and the entree' for the day. Your job also requires you to do prep and filter fryers. You are responsible for keeping a clean kitchen and prep area. You are to arrive in uniform and ready to work. Must be dependable and able to work weekends and holidays. Must have dependable transportation and daycare if needed. Must be able to work well with others and maintain a friendly attitude with Co workers(Team Mates) and customers.
