Do you love automotive accounting, but are tired of the in-store distractions? Apply the skills you have to the industry you love in a different way. As a member of our team, you will assist dealerships with day-to-day transactions such as reconciliations, posting of transactions and month-end activities. Candidates must love to learn new skills, as our team is constantly improving skills. Additional growth opportunities exist as trainers working both remotely and inside of dealerships. Candidates should be well-organized and experienced problem-solvers with strong communication skills. We’re looking for at least 5 years of previous automotive accounting experience, prior controller experience is preferred. Candidates without at least 5 years of automotive experience will be disqualified. We are only accepting applicants located in the following states: Indiana, Florida, Arkansas, Georgia or New York at this time. Prior DealerTrack DMS experience will be given additional consideration. Responsibilities:

• Reconcile GL accounts
• Reconcile OEM statements
• Review and correct schedules
• Post various accounting entries
• Prepare reports
• Research entry errors
• Prepare for month-end

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate in written and verbal formats with professionalism under all circumstances
• Deep understanding of Automotive Accounting
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Dealertrack DMS experience will be given additional consideration
