What You'll Do:
Analyze and evaluate commercial auto applications to assess risk and make informed underwriting decisions.
Play a key role in driving business profitability and long-term success.
Manage your own book of business while working in a fast-paced environment.
Build strong relationships with agents and insureds, becoming a trusted partner.
Conduct risk analysis by gathering and assessing relevant data to structure appropriate insurance programs.
Participate in a comprehensive training program, including one-on-one mentoring, classroom instruction, and self-study.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in finance, banking, sales, or a role focused on long-term relationship development.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze risk effectively.
A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to identify needs and provide tailored solutions.
A proactive and adaptable approach to work in a hybrid setting (three days in-office, two days remote).
