Commercial Fencing Foreman

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Fencing Foreman to lead our fencing projects. The ideal candidate will oversee installation crews, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role is crucial in managing day-to-day operations while maintaining strong communication with clients and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate fencing installation projects from start to finish.
• Manage and train installation crews to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and address any issues that arise during projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety protocols.
• Prepare and maintain job site documentation, including daily logs and reports.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure project timelines are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Foreman in the fencing or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of fencing materials and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
• Experience with commercial fencing projects is a plus.
