**Job Title: Wellness Account Manager (Remote)**

**Responsibilities**

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their specific wellness program requirements, incentives, and goals.
- Provide excellent customer service through various channels (video, phone, email, and online chat).
- Identify program trends and make strategic recommendations to exceed client goals.
- Build customized Wellness Portals and perform demonstrations via webinar or onsite meetings.
- Create and distribute marketing and email communications to educate clients on their wellness program.
- Manage client wellness challenges, communications, and track participation.
- Collaborate with Sales and the Implementation Team to develop customized programs and program renewals.
- Coordinate onsite events with third-party vendors.
- Generate and analyze reports on wellness program utilization, event participation, and program analysis.
- Lead new program rollouts for new clients.
- Attend department and client meetings via Microsoft Teams.

**Qualifications**

- 2+ years of experience in a B2B Account Management role, preferably within the wellness or healthcare industry.
- Positive attitude with strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively as part of a team.
- Flexible, open to new ideas, and willing to take on new responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), with knowledge of VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- Ability to travel nationally approximately 5% of the time when safe.

**Work Environment**

- This is a fully remote position, with an optional hybrid work arrangement for local candidates.
- Standard office equipment such as computers and phones will be used.
- Due to the handling of confidential client information, work must be conducted from a designated home office with secure internet access.
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm ET.

**Salary**

The salary for this position ranges from $45,000 to $50,000 based on industry experience, location, and skills demonstrated during the interview process. Additionally, our Account Managers have access to a commission program.
