Job Description

Looking for a high-paying regional driving job with consistent home time and excellent benefits? This is your chance to earn $1,725-$2,200 per week while staying close to home!

What We Offer:

•Top-Tier Pay: Earn $0.60-$0.73 CPM, running 1,500-2,000 miles per week.

•Extra Earnings:

o$250 weekly for trailer unloads.

o$125 weekly attendance bonus when you show up every day.

•Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 total—$500 after your first load and $500 after 30 days.

•Dedicated Regional Route: Run VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, and WV, with preloaded trailers and 1-6 stops per load.

•100% Touch Freight: Drivers unload boxes onto conveyor belts—no in-store inventory or merchandising.

•Home Weekly: Days off are not guaranteed to be weekends, but consistent home time is a priority.

•Pet & Rider Policy: Bring your furry friend or a loved one along for the ride!

•Full Benefits: Medical, dental, and 401K, starting after just 30 days.

Driver Requirements:

•Experience: Minimum of 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years. Can not count time with trainer or driving instructor. Can be local, regional or OTR

•Clean Record:

oNo more than 1 DOT preventable accident in the last 3 years.

oNo more than 3 total accidents/incidents in the same period.

•Employment History:

oNo more than 4 jobs in the last year, 6 jobs in the last 2 years, or 8 jobs in the last 3 years.

oIf terminated for any reason from your last job, you are ineligible. For safety violations, you must work elsewhere for 6 months before applying.

•Safe Driving:

oNo major moving violations in the last year.

oNo more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.

•Drug Testing: Hair follicle testing is mandatory for orientation—no exceptions.

•DOT Drug Test Failures: If you have ever failed or refused a DOT drug test, you are ineligible for this position.

•Job Expectations:

oWeekly home time is offered but not guaranteed to be on weekends.

oThis is a regional position that requires driving in VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, and WV.
