Duties - Assembling electronic components onto circuit boards
- Inspecting circuit boards for quality assurance
- Soldering components and wiring as needed
- Following detailed instructions and blueprints
- Testing completed circuit boards to ensure functionality
- Troubleshooting and repairing faulty components
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order
- Documenting production processes and outcomes
Skills - Proficiency in soldering techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Basic understanding of electronic components
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent
- Current IPC-J-STD-001 Certification
- Experience in soldering and electronics assembly
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Basic knowledge of electronic components
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Must be a US person (US citizen or lawful permanent resident).
- Ability and Willingness to work overtime during the week and weekends.
- Must be able to wear PPE including protective shoes and safety glasses.
- Must be able to work either 1st OR 2nd shift.
