Job Description

Otto and Pepe is looking for a dynamic and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team!

- The position will supervise and oversee the preparation of lunch and dinner items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while mantaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
- Participates in the preparation of food items according to guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, as well as production, portion, and preparation standards; complete mis en place and set up station for lunch and dinner.
- Train, motivate, recommend discipline, and supervise the work of kitchen employees ensuring that all cultural and core standards are met. 
- Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
- College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts or equivalent experience is required.
- Two to five years previous experience in multiple culinary/food & beverage department. 
- Lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying food items and operating culinary production equipment and tools. May be continuous amd repetitive. 
- Ability to supervise, demonstrate and expedite in various kitchen production areas.
- Eight to ten hour shifts; scheduled days and work may vary based on need.
