Fulltime and Parttime Positions available for individuals experienced as in light framing, trim carpentry and building repair. An abundance of energy & experience with the tools used to do these tasks is very important.

Summary:
As a Carpenter/maintenance Person, you will be essential in maintaining and enhancing residential and commercial buildings & outdoor spaces, reporting directly to the construction manager. This role focuses on executing various tasks related to painting and general property repair. You will need to have experience and your own tools needed to complete the referenced work. You will contribute significantly to the aesthetic and functional quality of the properties we manage. Lead our team to help create beautiful and sustainable buildings.

Carpenter/maintenance Person. Please help us to understand your qualifications by answering the following questions:

• If you have a truck that you can drive to/from ea worksite, we will pay your gasoline; do you have a rtuck or car that you will use to get to work?
• In the past 12 months, how many framing projects have you been lead man on?
• In the past 12 months, how many interior trim projects have you been lead man on?
• On a scale of 1-5 (5 being best) what is your maintenance & carpentry skill level?
• Do you speak and understand English fluently?
• What is year and make of your work vehicle?
• Do you carry your carpentry tools in your work vehicle?
• Are you available for a paid tryout in Hamden/New Haven this week?
