Desoto Recycling and Disposal in Arcadia, FL is seeking a skilled Bull Dozer Operator to join our hardworking team. Operate and maintain a bull dozer efficiently and safely to handle materials at the recycling and disposal site.
Clear and level land, dig trenches, and assist in construction projects as required by the site supervisor.
Inspect equipment for any malfunctions and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment.
Coordinate with team members to complete tasks effectively and contribute to the overall success of the site operations.

Qualifications: Qualifications

Strong work ethic and physical ability to lift 50+ pounds
Must have reliable transportation to get to work
Knowledge of proper operation of heavy equipment as well as safety standards
One year or more previous experience operating a Dozer
Other heavy equipment experience preferred
Must pass Pre-employment drug screen and background
