Are you ready to take charge and build a compliance department from the ground up ? We're seeking a BSA Officer to lead and strengthen our Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) programs . This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll play a key part in shaping our institution's risk and compliance framework.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the BSA/AML and OFAC compliance programs . Monitor transactions , investigate suspicious activities, and file SARs/CTRs. Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to strengthen compliance. Provide training and guidance to staff on BSA/AML regulations. Act as the primary contact for regulatory bodies during audits and examinations. Stay ahead of regulatory changes and implement proactive compliance strategies.

What We're Looking For:
✔️ Experience in BSA/AML compliance within a financial institution. ✔️ Strong investigative and analytical skills with attention to detail. ✔️ A take-charge leader who thrives in an independent, high-responsibility role. ✔️ Passion for building and enhancing compliance processes and teams .

Compensation & Benefits:
