Are you a talented Broadcast Camera Operator with a passion for ministry and a commitment to high-quality visual storytelling? We are looking for an experienced professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing top-notch footage for our worship services, sermons, events, and special programs, both in-person and online. Your technical expertise, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced live production environments will be crucial to our success.

Salary Range: $8,000 - $20,000.00 per annum

Employment Type: Part-Time

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Passion for ministry and a dedication to sharing faith through multimedia content.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing large volumes of media assets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and interaction with ministry leaders and staff.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with tools like Offshoot (Hedge), FTP, and Synology Sync.

• Knowledge of transcoding tools such as Adobe Media Encoder, FFMpeg, or similar.

• Familiarity with file permissions, access management, and cloud storage solutions.

• Proven experience as a broadcast camera operator in live television, news, sports, church or similar settings.

• Proficiency with a variety of broadcast camera equipment and a strong technical understanding of camera operations.

• Ability to perform under pressure with keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Certification or training in broadcast production, camera operation, or a related field is a plus.

• Proficiency in digital asset management software such as Adobe Premiere, Media Encoder, Photoshop, Audition, Vmix, Propresenter, and others.
