Are you a reliable, trustworthy bookkeeping professional looking for a stable office role?

Bookkeeper
Location: In-office 32803
Hours: 30-40 hours per week (40 preferred)
Salary: Around $50,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

Writing and sending checks to vendors and clients
Managing weekly payroll using Paychex, including employee time entry
Reconciling and balancing accounts (a big plus!)
Using QuickBooks (preferred but not required)

Ideal Candidate:
Trustworthy and reliable
Strong communication skills — must handle feedback well
Detail-oriented and organized
