Job Description

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• I have obtained a Master's Degree in psychology or a related field.
• I possess at least one year of experience working with special populations, particularly in crisis intervention, staff training, and development.
• I have conducted research in behavior analysis within an applied setting (preferred).
• I hold Board Certification as a BCBA (preferred).
• I maintain a valid driver's license, current registration, and insurance.
• I demonstrate strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• I am adept at multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.
• I uphold a reliable, responsible attitude and approach tasks with compassion.
• I am committed to delivering high-quality results in everything I undertake.

Responsibilities:

• I work closely with individuals we support and our staff to observe, identify, analyze, and document various behavioral challenges.
• I conduct functional behavioral assessments to inform our strategies.
• I develop and implement service plans for behavioral analysis.
• I create personalized treatment plans aimed at helping each individual improve.
• I apply training and creativity to discover solutions for challenging issues faced by individuals in home environments, workplaces, and the community.
• I train team members to effectively reinforce the implementation of behavioral plans.
