About the Role

We're looking for a Specialty Sales Consultant to lead sales engagements for our Analytics & Activation solutions across multiple accounts. In this role, you'll work closely with clients to understand their business needs, showcase the value of our advanced analytics, and drive revenue growth. This position focuses on both expanding existing relationships and acquiring new clients through consultative sales strategies.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Solution Architects, Client Business Partners, and Account Development leads—to guide deals through complex sales cycles. As an individual contributor, you'll have the opportunity to shape product offerings by bringing valuable client insights back to the product team.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for analytics solutions.
Use your consultative and challenger sales skills to identify client needs, qualify opportunities, and propose solutions that drive business impact.
Meet and exceed annual sales and revenue targets.
Attend industry conferences and trade shows to network and generate new business.
Proactively prospect within assigned accounts to create new sales opportunities.
Manage multiple sales engagements simultaneously with efficiency and organization.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Become an expert in our Analytics & Activation solutions, understanding how they can best serve different client needs.
Develop account plans and growth initiatives to drive expansion in key accounts and industries.
Represent the voice of the customer by sharing insights with internal teams, helping to refine products and solutions.
Monitor industry trends and competitive intelligence to stay ahead of market shifts.
Work closely with internal partners to ensure a seamless sales and implementation process.

Who You Are

You're a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a strong background in consultative selling. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a knack for translating complex data into strategic solutions. Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels sets you apart.

What You Bring

Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
Experience: 5-8 years of full-cycle consultative sales experience, ideally within market research, CPG, or media agencies.
Expertise: Prior experience selling data analytics, choice modeling, or conjoint analysis to CPG manufacturers and/or media agencies is highly preferred.
Collaboration: Comfortable working in a highly matrixed organization, coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Leadership: Previous leadership experience is a plus, as this role may evolve into a team leadership position.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex insights into clear, compelling messaging.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with sales CRM tools and analytics platforms.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.

Compensation

This role offers a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base range of $93,800 - $100,000, depending on experience, skills, and location. Additional compensation may include a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
