Private dentist-owned practice seeking a General Dentist Associate. Prefer one (1) year clinical experience or a GPR. Our practice is passionate about patient care, quality service, a fun culture, and we support our dental professionals that make it all possible. We are a growth mindset practice. We offer the perfect balance of autonomy and mentorship in our beautiful, state-of-the art practice equipped with CBCT, 3 intraoral scanners, 2 cad-cam mills and 3d printing. Our team is well-trained and efficient. We offer a health care reimbursement plan (QSEHRA), 401k with match, $5000/year CE stipend and base salary guarantee.

Trust is key. We believe you, the dentist, should always have complete freedom to treatment plan the way you feel provides the best patient care possible. You won’t find quotas here. Instead, we’ll set goals together and design a realistic path to achieve them. We know you’ve got some serious skills and we will let you put those to use! You’ll have the opportunity to provide the services that excite you without ever feeling like your potential is limited.
Compensation
Every doctor is different and we feel your earning potential should reflect the effort you put in. Whether an experienced doctor or a relatively new grad (1-2 years out), you’ll have an initial minimum guaranteed salary to give you peace of mind as you settle into your new practice. From there, the sky is the limit as you’ll outpace the base salary. Common range for most providers earning on collections is $200-250k+! We believe in compensating for hard work. As you win, the practice wins and you should be rewarded for that. A tiered compensation package allows you to make more as you produce more. From day one, you will reap the benefits of the success of the practice. When the office profits, you do too. It is a shared success model. We are looking for a long term associate and we want you to succeed.
