Responsibilities: About the Role We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented transactional associate attorney with 2+ years of experience to join our expanding legal team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse range of legal matters—with a particular focus on serving the legal needs of community associations. If you’re looking for meaningful work, client exposure, and long-term career growth in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you. This role would primarily be a transactional role with no court appearances or litigation required. This role should reside in the Long Island, NY area and is an in-office role. What You’ll Do • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to: • Community Association law matters • Employment and labor law matters • Discrimination and Reasonable Accommodation matters • License agreements (including rooftop/cell tower access with all of the large cell phone carriers such as Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.) • Commercial real estate transactions and leases • Interact with clients, property managers, and board members in a responsive and professional manner • Occasionally attend Board meetings and community meetings for community associations  Qualifications: Who You Are • Admitted to practice law in New York State • 2+ years of relevant transactional experience • Familiarity with community association law, labor & employment law, or discrimination law is a plus, but not required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and organizational abilities • Client-focused with an ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously About Company: Schneider Buchel LLP is a fast-growing, enterprising law firm specializing in community associations, real estate, and commercial litigation.
