Position Overview

We seek a talented and emotionally intelligent Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to propel our projects toward market success. This role involves crafting engaging narratives, fostering investor relationships, and implementing impactful marketing initiatives. The perfect candidate is a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can confidently deliver robust support to both the CMO and the broader team.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing strategies for new subdivisions and real estate projects
• Craft engaging pitch decks and presentations to attract and engage investors
• Communicate the Tekton brand story through various channels, including branded materials, social media, and marketing campaigns
• Oversee and enhance the company's social media presence across all platforms
• Partner with designers, vendors, and collaborators to bring marketing plans to life
• Assist in organizing events, managing public relations, and executing community outreach programs
• Work in tandem with the CMO to foresee requirements, align priorities, and propel marketing efforts
• Conduct site inspections, participate in meetings, and foster community relationships as necessary

Qualifications

• Skilled in using Canva, PowerPoint, and leading social media platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Possesses high emotional intelligence with a knack for anticipating team requirements
• Meticulous, proactive, and exceptionally organized
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline is preferred
• Experience in marketing, real estate development, or urban planning is advantageous
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
