Responsibilities:

Configure and implement various Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.
Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze HR functional requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud configurations.
Participate in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations including requirement gathering, system design, data conversion, testing, and go-live support.
Perform gap analysis between existing HR processes and Oracle HCM Cloud best practices and recommend solutions.
Assist in setting up security roles, approval workflows, and HCM Extracts.
Conduct testing including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues in Oracle HCM modules.
Develop end-user training materials and deliver training sessions for HR staff and stakeholders.
