**Job Title: Architectural Designer Level 1**

**Position Overview:**
As an Architectural Designer Level 1, you will play a vital role in the design and development of projects that impact the fabric of our communities. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced architects and designers while honing your skills and contributing to meaningful projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with senior architects and designers to develop innovative design concepts and solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations using industry-standard software.
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and zoning regulations to inform design decisions.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, communicating design ideas effectively.
- Support project management efforts by coordinating with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Contribute to the development of sustainable design strategies that prioritize environmental stewardship.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and design.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution.
- 1-2 years of experience in an architectural firm or related environment preferred, but recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong visual and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Passion for sustainable design and a commitment to creating environmentally responsible solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
