Job Description

Purpose: The purpose of the ADT staff is to teach with generosity and integrity the individuals that attend the program.  They need to assess the person’s personal interests and ultimate goals for their lives, in terms of job readiness and life skills.  Staff are to always be respectful of all interactions with the individuals.
Report to: Staff directly report to the Director of the ADT.
Qualifications: Proof of a high school diploma or equivalent, and a year’s experience in a health care setting or additional schooling. Able to complete all the required trainings from the TRAIN. Able to also be the available for morning and afternoon transportation as needed.

Responsibilities :
Attendance:

• Arrive by 8am and do not leave before 4pm (except for when assisting with transportation).
• Attend all scheduled staff meetings and training courses as assigned.
• Submit time-off requests at least two weeks in advance of the requested time off.

Documentation:

• Assure all your daily paperwork is completed and reviewed by a Lead Staff and/or the Director before leaving in the afternoon.
• Assure you have secured all your supplies for the following day are set out and ready to go before you leave for the afternoon.
• Remaining respectful towards clients
