The ideal candidate will have: • 4 year Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university • Proficiency with technology • Self-motivated team player • Excellent communication skills • A responsible and conscientious nature • Good problem solving aptitude and ability to make independent decisions • Ability and willingness to learn quickly • Attention to detail and facts Key responsibilities include: • Quickly learn the fundamentals of claims processing including investigation, correspondence, negotiation and settlement through mentoring, self-study, and standardized classes • Answer and respond to consumer, producer, regulatory, and attorney inquiries • Handle a gradually building case load in both number and complexity • Other duties as assigned
